One of our up-most respected members, 'SamHuckle'; accidentally muted and removed building privileges from himself. Some say he was too good at the game to be able to speak and build, others however, differ. Anyway, I regret to inform you that he no longer has access to the 'un-mute- and the 'Give back building privileges' command as he lost it whilst on a two week business trip to Tennessee last Summer. I would greatly appreciate if one of the mods or admin's would un-ban him as he is a great influence and inspiration to us all and the town seems to be falling apart without him, what with all of the griefing and abusive behaviour lately. Let alone the attempt to drown the almighty admin whilst Sam's presents was neglected.

Please, we all beg of you. As a community, bring back Sam's voice and hands so he can craft wonderful buildings and monuments of himself whilst singing beautiful elegant songs such as; 'Candy shop' by 50. cent.

Your no better or worse then anyone else on the server. You didn't and cannot mute yourself. The only people that have access to the mute command is an Admin. If I remember correctly you were muted for 2 hours because you tried to drown Mario when he was afk because it was, in your own words, "Fun". I stand by Mario for what you did, its not funny.

Nobody at any point said you were "too good at the game" you just break the rules. I don't see how your not banned judging from what I've seen you do today.

No, Sam. Whenever a Highbuilder breaks a rule. Its building rights get taken away. Builders get banned or jailed severely.

This community is brilliant and I can't see myself moving to any other server, hence the reason I want my privileges back. Its been 2 days and I've only just received my speaking rights back (thank you by the way!) whether you intend to keep them for longer, that is absolutely fine but I would like to know how long!

+ Apparently Phoenix banned someone because they claimed America helped England win WW2? I'm not questioning his authority in doing so? But out of curiosity, is it true? Or am I being fed the wrong story here?

First of all drop the rumor stuff. I did not ban someone for them saying America helped in WW2. I banned him for antagonizing a conversation and trying to get people to argue with him. I warned him 4 times to drop the conversation and have fun, he didn't want to. He also referred to people on the server as "canadians" and "euro's" even though I told him I don't live in europe or canada. I appreciate you trying to get the "truth" out of the situation by coming on the forum. But when you start up rumor/drama stuff its bad, I've seen servers become abandoned from it.

The guy in question talked about America paying Hitler for his war crimes. After he said that he refused to shut up about it and kept on babbling. I warned him 3 times to be quiet and have fun but he persisted. I then let him know that he can come on the forum at any time and appeal his ban, and banned him

I don't mean to intrude here but Sam you should stop arguing with the admin and moderators, what you did was wrong own up to it. I did something wrong as well and i owned up to it and they forgave me. Its not that hard. Be a man and take ownership for your mess ups.
